Meeting document templates now include a new field — Spaces.SpaceNum — taken from the premises card field “Number on the floor plan”.
This update is especially useful for parking spaces and other non-residential premises that often have no value in the “Name” field. In those cases the floor-plan number is an important identifier.

The new variable lets you produce clearer documents when you need things such as:
- Lists of parking spaces
- Registers of non-residential premises
- Documents for owners’ meetings
- Reporting documents
How to use it
When building document templates you can now use Spaces.SpaceNum together with other premises variables. That yields more detailed and accurate documents whenever the standard premises name is not enough.
