Legalic

Legalic is a cloud platform for running a legal practice: you work in the browser, data lives on the server, and access spans devices and team members within your organisation's account and permission settings.

What Legalic brings to day-to-day work

  • One home for cards and lists — contacts, matters, tasks, real-estate objects, projects: easy to search, filter, and cross-link.
  • Matter-centric workflow — events, stages, participants, documents, and attachments stay attached to the matter rather than scattered across files and emails.
  • Finance loop — agreements, invoices, acts, and payments are part of the design so you can see what was agreed with the client and how money moves alongside the matter.
  • Monitoring & calendar logic — dedicated areas for tracking court cases and scheduling meetings / events as first-class workstreams.
  • Accounts & security — sign-in, roles, and activity logs for administrators; external apps connect through modern token-based access — no manual password sharing with third-party tools.
  • Personal balance & payments — server-side credits/debits on the user account and a payment-provider integration for paying for platform services.

Legalic as the sync hub

Legalic acts as the shared source of truth for people who use local apps alongside the browser — notably LawMatic B2 on Mac. Once access is configured, the desktop app exchanges contacts, matters, tasks, and financial entities with Legalic: changes on the Mac flow to the cloud, and updates made by a colleague in the web cabinet or on another device with the same account flow back into your local database.

This makes it easy to mix work on the road and in the office, run several computers for one specialist, or collaborate with a team where some prefer the web and others stay on the desktop.

Best fit

Teams that want access from anywhere, centralised storage, and a single entry point for people and integrations — without forcing an install on every desk.
