CaseTracker

CaseTracker is an iPhone app for tracking Russian court matters: save searches, pull data from the official register (Russian courts portal, sudrf.ru), and review matters and stages in one place on device.

Who it is for

• Lawyers and paralegals who need fast access to case cards and hearing dates.
• Parties and their representatives.
• Anyone juggling multiple matters and instances without losing the thread.

Three ways to create a query

• by matter UID;
• by participant (court and period selection);
• via a direct URL to the court case page.

Searches as bookmarks

Each query has its own title; filter by title, court, participant, number, and case type; refresh with a swipe (“Run”).

Matters & stages

In “Matters”, view a UID-aggregated matter across instances or individual stage cards. Search by participants and number.

Cards & detail

Court, parties, dates (including upcoming events), links to your queries (tags), and drill-down for matter/stage detail.

Court hierarchy

For number-based queries the app can fetch related chains across instances (hierarchy logic is built in).

On-device data

Queries and fetched matters are stored locally; settings show stats and cleanup options (matters only, queries only, or everything).

Profile & monitoring API

Profile captures name and email; background monitoring requires an active API key (in-app link to obtain one on allcourts.ru).

Transparency

• Data comes from open information published on the official Russian courts portal.
• The app does not aim to retain participant personal data beyond what is already published in the register.
