EGRN registration check

EGRN registration check helps you see up-to-date title registration details for real estate: enter a cadastral number to fetch registration number and date. Look up the cadastral number by address, keep favourites with a full check history and before/after comparison, or verify bulk lists from a file — including workflows with LawMatic Property management.

Who it is for

• Lawyers, brokers, owners, and real-estate pros who need to verify registration data for one property or many.
• LawMatic users who export a list from Property management, verify it in the app, and bring results back into their records.

Capabilities

• Check by number — cadastral number in, fresh registration data (number and date); optional raw JSON view.
• Address lookup — when the number is unknown, use the address and continue to registration check.
• Object card — address, object type, cadastral-number validity signal from search results.
• Favourites & log — saved objects stay on device; per-object history with change flags; one-tap recheck.
• Bulk check — load a text file (numbers plus last-known registration info), batch requests, compare file vs results, highlight changes, save output; optional chunked requests with configurable batch size.
• Access — limited checks without a key; full access with a registration key (the app links to where you obtain it).

LawMatic integration

Bulk check documents the flow: export from LawMatic Property management → verify in the app → return results to LawMatic.
