Housing Rates (Жилищные ставки) brings regional Russian normative housing-maintenance tariffs into one app on macOS and iOS: a directory, filters, and JSON document workflow.
Browse and organise maintenance rates and related tariff entries. Data lives in a universal JSON document — open an existing file, save edits, or start from the built-in sample.
Rate tables with filters: federal subject, intra-subject parts, district where defined, housing category/subcategory, effective period.
Built-in demo data with TiNAO vs non-TiNAO splits, districts, MKD categories, and low-rise stock. From 1 Jan 2026 for the non-TiNAO zone you can pick coefficients (paras 11.1–11.4 and para 12) to show adjusted amounts per embedded rules (coefficients are not multiplied together; rounding follows the dataset).
In the regional browser, Calculation mode offers a component-based calculator — optional services, lift tables (P0/K), and building parameters — for a monthly estimate on macOS.
Open/save JSON, new documents, “Load sample”. macOS supports Save As; iOS uses document import and shared file storage.
Add and edit rates, delete selected rows — for your own or imported datasets.
Currently a placeholder: future monthly reports, area input, and period reconciliation are planned. Extended calculation module — in development.
macOS — full directory, editor, regional browser, SPb calculator.
iOS — directory plus the same files/data; treat advanced calculator/editor as desktop-first unless you’ve validated parity on device.
This is a tool for your assembled or imported data. Validate totals and legal currency against official sources; the Moscow sample is demonstration-only and needs normative verification.
Rate grid with subject, intra-subject parts, district, housing categories, effective period.
