Why this app
When counsel receives ballot scans (often one large PDF with hundreds of pages), the usual workflow is to print, annotate by hand, or keep an Excel table next to a viewer. It is slow, error-prone, and hard to re-check quickly.

How data is stored
Next to the source PDF, a file named <name>_analysis.json holds the full register and review results. That means:
- data is not locked inside the app — easy to hand off with the PDF;
- nothing goes to the cloud — everything stays local under your control;
- one PDF always pairs with one analysis file.
